Who is General Anthony Zini? (see also General Zini.)
When Zinni went public the following Sunday. ... he had something at least as powerful: credibility. A genuine Pentagon star, Zinni is a former chief of the U.S. Central Command, in charge of all American troops in the Middle East. He also served as President Bush's special Middle East envoy in the winter of 2002 and 2003, overseeing Israeli-Palestinian diplomacy during the months that Washington was preparing for war in Iraq. He's not merely theorizing about how American policy was formed; he was there.

East has visibly improved, including for Israel. We have 100,000 soldiers positioned on the border with Iran—a country now surrounded by reform governments in Afghanistan and Iraq." There is no conclusion regarding saftey from WMD.

America Alone: By mainstream Republicans with long experience in government. Fair-minded and fascinating. The book is a damning indictment of neocons and the Iraq War -- because it is incredibly well researched and cautious. Read the authors' key points in their own words.
