Look, the car companies would kill to learn how to do this, because (1) their cars would sell like crazy, and (2) they wouldn't have to worry about CAFE standards any more. They've got thousands of good engineers. If they can't make it work—you can't.
Besides it violates the laws of physics and chemistry, but not P.T. Barnum's first law of entertainment—There's a sucker born every minute.
