What Are the Neocons Up TO?

Dick Cheney, not Bush, is responsible directly or indirectly, for most Neocons in the government: Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Libby, Wurmser, Feith, etc.
In July 1996, neocons Wurmser, Perleand Feith suggested to Isreal that they remove Saddam.
In Dec. 1996, neocons explained that Iraq was crumbling and the U.S. and Isreal needed to take it over.
In 1997, neocon Wurmser (now Cheney's advisor) published a book on why Iraq needed regime change.
Neocons wrote open letter to Clinton in 1999 proposing "regime change" in Iraq.
Neocons (Wohlstetter and Perle) brought us Chalabi.
Neocons argued that few troops would be needed (Perle, 40--80,000. Wolfowitz claimed 200,000 post-war troops was "wildly off the mark.").
