Organization Over-all site organization
• 2Act areas:  Vision // Information // Action
• zFact area: Information (copy of 2Act)
• Organization of each main area:
     Two levels of Guide pages lead to main Topic pages.
     Topic pages lead to sub-Topic and Background pages.
Formatting Paragraphing, linking style, mixing rows, ...
• Don't indent paragraphs.
• Line space between paragraphs.
• Don't use real HTML except in emergency.
• Keep it simple and consistent.
Topic Pages (sub) Topic pages, Background pages, etc.
Topic Pages should follow a standard format and link to:
   Sub-Topic pages (just like topic pages, but lower)
   Background pages for: Links, Quotes, FAQs & Timelines
