   Tricks with the setup_11(...) function

  ...
setup_11(5,3) means 5 cliks/sec with cents and no $

This allows seperate formatting of the dollar sign.

setup_11(5,0)  means include $ but no cents
setup_11(5,1)  means include $ and cents
setup_11(5,2)  means exluced $ and no cents
setup_11(5,3)  means exluced $ include cents

To run two Fossil Clocks on a page, use setup_11(5,0,2)
Then use id='IMP' for one tag and id='IMP2' for the other.
