Patriot Acts: Section 201 of the proposed Patriot Act II (The Domestic Security Enhancement Act) would allow the government to detain any individual in connection with a terror investigation without disclosing their identity until charges are filed, no matter how long that may take.
Coble: Representative Howard Coble of North Carolina, the chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security, publically voiced his approval of the internment of Japanese-Americans during WWII.
